The Reeds is a bespoke new build family home located in the charming riverside town of Marlow in Buckinghamshire. The house has been designed to provide the space required for the clients needs and to maximise the views across the cricket ground and to the river beyond.

The ground floor is split into two separate wings, one containing a plant room, store and office and the other a library, utility room and main entrance hall leading to the first floor. The first floor of the property bridges across the ground floor wings and contains an open plan living room, kitchen and dining space, as well as the master bedroom suite, three further bedrooms and family bathroom, maximising the oportunities of the site and the views.

A two storey glazed entrance hall and full height glazing to habitable rooms allows natural light deep into the property and offer fabulous views across the park and cricket ground.

We were approached by the client to provide a unique high quality home to commensurate with the family’s growing needs that was robust, future-proofed, energy efficient and sustainable.
