He is resourceful, pragmatic and has an innate understanding of business. Having built and project managed numerous properties over the years, he understands how critical budgeting, cost control and timescale are.

Nicks career in Development and Construction started in 1990 working on a wide variety of projects from feasibility through to post completion representing both client and contractor. Nick’s experience and skills allow him to administer, drive and control costs whilst managing the detail of the various elements of any project, ensuring that quality, cost and value balance is achieved.
