The Construction Management Services provided ensures our clients retain control of costs, design and quality, allowing the direct appointment of specialist Sub-contractors and suppliers without paying the Main Contractor premium. This process has proven to be more cost efficient with added flexibility and control, better quality of workmanship and finishes, without the likely disagreements and pitfalls expected going a Main Contractor route. 

We provide clients with a single point of contact for the control and Project Management of their development. In contrast to a traditional Main Contractor, we focus on meeting the client’s needs and expectations, achieved through the following services.

• Design development and assist in value engineering with the professional team

• Cost planning & control 

• Time management

• Procurement of contractors, materials and fixtures

• Management and supervision of the construction operations

• Quality control

• Snagging, commissioning and handover

Our Construction Management role goes beyond that of a traditional contractor with the Client benefiting from the following:

• Cirrus Projects being appointed on a fixed fee basis, allowing the client to make changes through the project without incurring financial penalties that a Main Contractor would apply.

• The client involvement in the project can be tailored to suit, either retaining a continued involvement in project, or taking a more back seat role.

• Reduced build costs as a result of the client paying net costs for construction works without a Main Contractors margin.
