Thames Bridge House

Thames Bridge House was acquired in 2015 by a associated company to redevelop into a contemporary block of 4/5 apartments.

Located in a prominent position in Henley, it proved to be an extremely sensitive and challenging site which is situated adjacent to the Grade 2 Listed Henley Royal Regatta HQ, a post-modern building designed by Sir Terry Farrell and the Grade 1 Listed Henley Bridge. It is also within a conservation area and flood zone.

A planning consent was eventually negotiated for a scheme that achieved our vision and maximised the opportunities of the site, providing Henley with a modern contemporary building that will enhance the street scene.

Due to the uncertain economic situation it was decided sell the site in 2020.
